Hello and welcome to this guided meditation on centering, unplugging, and bringing the focus back to YOU and the work you have in dealing with yourself.

This is a practice that popped in my head after my therapist kept reminding me that I was spending more time processing my analysis of others than I was on myself. Whoops.

While biking one day with that in mind, as a former musical theater person, the image of these thick velvet curtains dropping all around me so I could ground and focus on dealing with myself, came into being.
